As per legal counsel and consultation with authorized ROS representatives, uploading land documents on the website is prohibited. Nevertheless, members and associate members are permitted to visit the society or developer’s office solely for the purpose of viewing the documents.
There are several methods to stay informed about the project’s progress. You can visit the society office, review the project progress report, or contact the society directly for updates.
As per the decision of the society board, the Special Annual General Body (SAGB) meeting will be conducted during the third week of October on a date convenient for all, which will be communicated accordingly.
As per ROS guidelines, the General Body (GB) meeting should be conducted solely in the regional language. However, members requiring information in English can reach out to the society or developer office for assistance.
The initial allotment for any project must occur within 36 months, contingent upon approval from BIAAPA/BMRDA/STRR.
The Registrar of Cooperative Societies (ROS) determines seniority for site allotment based on timely installment payments made by members and associate members. It’s important to note that members and associate members are promptly notified about their installment payments.
